I've lost 185lbs, and then gained some back.
But I'm kicking ass and striving for my ultimate goal: A 200 lb loss.

Kelliann, You have no idea how much I needed to see this today. I'm crying my eyes out!! I've been struggling to make a decision about whether I should do another 1/2 Marathon tomorrow, because I'm having a little knee pain. Now I am determined to not give up, I'm going to try. My plan is to walk the whole thing...Don't think I should try to run it. Most of the time, my knee, is OK and has little pains here and there. So I don't think it a big problem. Just don't think running is a good idea. I was not going to participate at all, because I thought walking would be too embarrassing. But you know. I'm going to at least try. Then if it's too painful I will opt out. Not going to miss an opportunity to complete my goals!!!
